HOPKINS
Using her natural ability to engage people, Sarah works closely with her
clients to innovate and create new ways of thinking and fresh
perspectives. Her strength lies in her ability to assist others to
clarify, articulate, and translate their visions into realities.
Sarah provides career coaching for a range of clients with a focus on:

• Management and leadership skill development
• Business Strategy and implementation
• Work Life Balance
In this role, Sarah serves as a
thinking partner, objective sounding board, and confidential advisor to
her clients to help them brainstorm, strategise, prioritise, focus, and
problem solve.
Sarah’s action-oriented and forward looking coaching technique, together
with her direct and honest communication style, enable her to work with
each client to improve self awareness, increase confidence and gain
clarity around current and future directions. Through the coaching process, she provides each client with the tools,
techniques and structure to support and facilitate their success.
Sarah is a licensed coach and an active member of The International
Coaches Federation.
She holds a B.A. Hons, from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco,
California.
In her personal time, Sarah enjoys playing golf, travelling, cooking and
exploring creative pursuits. Sarah lives in Melbourne and the Sunshine
Coast with her husband and two step-children.
